David Nash – Chairman
David Nash co-founded and was CEO of People Support, a Call Center company headquartered in Los Angeles with operations in the Philippines and Costa Rica. People Support was floated on the NASDAQ in 2004. David is Chairman of Slainte Healthcare.
David holds an MBA in management, finance and marketing from Columbia University. He also holds a Masters in Economics from the London School of Economics and an MA in Economics from Trinity College Dublin.
Daniel Flaherty – President & Chief Executive Officer of RenditionDigital International, Ltd. (Ireland)
Dan Flaherty has been in financial and executive management for over 20 years. Prior to starting RenditionDigital International, Dan served as Chief Financial Officer for the Manila-based operation of People Support, a California-based call center. He was also the Chief Financial Officer for JETECH DATA SYSTEMS, an enterprise level software engineering company located in California. Dan was also the Chief Financial Officer for Mendelson and Assoc., a California-based consumer products manufacturer, and was Managing Director for the European headquarters of K-Swiss, a California-based athletic footwear company.
Dan was also an audit manager with the international firm of Grant Thornton and has been a certified public accountant in the U.S. since 1985.
Janet Dimacali – President & Chief Executive Officer of RenditionDigital, Inc. (Philippines)
Based in Manila, Janet manages all aspects of operations in the Philippines. She joined RenditionDigital International in April 2004 and started the company with Dave and Dan. She has over 20 years of experience managing software development teams, customer service, call center and business process outsourcing and consulting organizations.
Prior to joining RenditionDigital International, Janet was the Director of Workforce Management at People Support. She was responsible for forecasting inbound demand, scheduling of agents, performance measurements, schedule adherence tracking, and overall performance reporting.
Janet was also a Project Manager for Aetna, a large American-based insurance company. She was responsible for business process analysis, systems design, and implementation of customer service and call center systems.
Janet holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines.
Ted Hagos – Chief Technology Officer
Ted has over 15 years of experience in software engineering, particularly in business and systems applications. He held various executive positions in the area of technology management prior to joining RenditionDigital International
Ted was also a full-time faculty member of the Asia Pacific College teaching Java and C++, and a part-time faculty for short technology courses at the Ateneo Technology Center and IBM ACE. He spends his spare time combing through technology forums specifically in the areas of WEB 2.0 tech, Java, .NET, Python, Ruby and FreeBSD.
