Airline Reservation Systems
We are involved with core development and customer delivery and services projects for a leading provider of travel solutions in the airline industry. Technologies being used are J2SE, J2EE (EJB), Eclipse3.2, Bea Weblogic 8.1, Client Proprietary Framework, SVN, and Javascript (Rhino).
Call Center Support Systems
Our 24/7Tech support group provides first, second, and third-line customer support to our customers using presentation layers (i.e. ‘User Dashboard’) for agents, teams, supervisors, and management personnel.
We are providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line email and telephone-based technical support helpdesk to a midsized US company in the travel sector. This service decreases customer waiting time by properly staffing the help-line.
